Contact links and QR codes
This website provides direct email, telephone, WhatsApp and WeChat contact options. It has no online inquiry submission or file-upload form and does not send a message automatically. Opening a contact link or scanning a code is your choice.
The QR images and portrait are hosted with the site. Viewing them does not load an embedded chat service. The copy button writes only the displayed public number to your device’s clipboard.
Local checklist
The checklist tool uses only the topic you select. It generates a document on your device, without collecting a name, contact details or case description. The site does not save the selection in cookies or browser storage.
Your communication service
Email to panjianxing46@gmail.com is handled through email providers, including Gmail. WhatsApp, WeChat and telephone communications are handled by their respective providers under their own terms and privacy practices. Your device or provider may retain copies.
The initial purpose of contact is to identify the parties, check conflicts and discuss scope. Send a non-confidential summary first. Sensitive documents and accepted client matters require separately agreed handling and communication arrangements.
Website requests and external links
This website is hosted on an Alibaba Cloud server in Hong Kong. It has no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or embedded chat. Ordinary website access logging is disabled. Error logs may contain connection information such as an IP address, time or requested path; they are rotated daily with up to 14 rotated files retained for operation and troubleshooting. Infrastructure providers may separately process data under their own policies.
Official legal sources and contact links lead to third-party services with their own practices. Do not include confidential material in a URL.
General information and engagement
The content concerns mainland China and provides general information, not advice on a particular matter. An inquiry or website visit does not by itself create a lawyer-client engagement. Scope, fees and authority require agreement.
